Who Can Participate
The registration for the WRO OPEN Championship will be done through the WRO National Organizers in the countries. Teams must participate in WRO activities in a country and qualify for this event. National Organizers can register teams for the event through the official WRO Registration System only, no other way of registration is possible.

Registration fees are:

** Please note that National Organizers or other local entities may apply additional taxes, VAT, administrative fees or other charges when invoicing teams in their own country, depending on local laws and regulations. These local charges are not part of the registration fee invoiced by the Croatian Robotic Association / HROBOS.
All registration fees need to be paid as soon as the registration is completed. There are no refunds possible after completing registration.

Registration fees include:
- Accommodation (bed & breakfast) – 4 days, 3 nights at hotels Novi Zagreb, Westin, International and Zonar
- Meals – Lunch & Dinner at the competition venue during the event
- Free public transportation (ZET – Zagreb city transport – working on it)
- Friendship activity / excursion
- Goodie bag
Registration fees do not include:
- Transport: Airport <-> Hotel

Accommodation for Participants
To support teams, mentors, and delegations attending the event, the organizers are working with official accommodation partners in Zagreb. Please note that hotel accommodation – in shared rooms – is included in the registration fees. Hotel nights from [13/10/2026 – check-in] to [16/10/2026 – check-out] are included in the fee.
